Currently 55.89% of Bangladeshis use mobile phones, according to the latest census.
The primary data of the Population and Housing Census 2022 was revealed at an event at Bangabandhu International Conference Center in Dhaka on Wednesday.
Of the total population, 30.68% use the internet.
The number of internet users in the last three months was highest in Dhaka division and lowest in Rangpur.
