Independent candidates won’t be expelled from AL: AL General Secretary Obaidul Quader

Awami League General Secretary Obaidul Quader on Sunday said they will not expel the party members who submitted their nomination papers for contesting the 12th parliamentary election as independent aspirants.

He came up with the announcement at a press conference held at the party president’s political office in Dhanmondi.

Quader said BNP is conspiring to come to power through the back door as the party is afraid of participating in the polls due to its failure in waging political movement.
