Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina mourns death of former ambassador, freedom fighter Wali-ur Rahman

Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina today expressed deep shock and sorrow at the death of former ambassador and valiant freedom fighter Wali-ur Rahman.

In a condolence message, the premier said the nation will remember his contribution to the Great War of Liberation and to the government of Bangabandhu after the independence.

She prayed for eternal peace of the departed soul and conveyed deep sympathy to the bereaved family.
