Ranbir Kapoor's transformation into a dreaded gangster in the trailer for 'Animal'

Celebrity "Brahmastra" star Ranbir Kapoor turns 41 today. In honour of the milestone, the star's upcoming movie "Animal" shocked the fans by releasing a teaser.

Just one hour after it was posted on various social media sites, the teaser created a tonne of buzz among viewers.

The teaser gives the audience a glimpse into the world of "Animal". It portrays the life story of a son from a rich and powerful family, trying his best to be just like his hero—his father. However, despite the clear admiration he has for his father, the teaser also shows the abusive and rocky relationship between father and son.

Finally, with a sudden shift in the mood, the 2-minute long teaser gives a sneak-peak into the violent action scenes of "Animal"—showcasing Ranbir's transformation from an innocent rich kid to the tyrannical gangster.

Directed by Sandeep Reddy Vanga, "Animal" features a star-studded cast, including Ranbir Kapoor, Rashmika Mandanna, Anil Kapoor, and Bobby Deol, amongst others.

"Animal" is expected to hit the theatres worldwide on December 1. Moreover, the film will be available in multiple languages, including Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Kannanda and Malayalam.
