Adam Tamiji Haque expelled from Awami League

Adam Tamiji Haque has been suspended from the membership post of the Dhaka City North Awami League. The organisational action is taken against him on allegation of breaching party discipline.
The announcement came in a press release signed by Dhaka City North Awami League President Bazlur Rahman and General Secretary SM Mannan Kochi on Monday.
They also recommended Obaidul Quader, the general secretary of the party, for permanent expulsion of Tamiji Haque from all positions, including members of the executive committee and primary members of the Dhaka City North Awami League.
Earlier on Saturday at noon, Tamiji came on Facebook Live and burnt his passport. At the same time, he urged the people not to vote for the Awami League government.
Adam Tamiji Haque was seen burning something on Facebook Live. He claimed it as his passport.
He also alleged that an attempt is being made to loot Tk 1000 crore from his company.
