Huawei Participates in the 2023 Belt and Road Exhibition in Bangladesh

The Bangabandhu Bangladesh-China Friendship Exhibition Center, located in Purbachal, the capital, hosted the opening of the Belt and Road Initiative in Bangladesh Exhibition 2023 on Friday.

 

This three-day event provides a forum to emphasize the two countries' collaborative spirit and to present cutting-edge technologies that maximize digitalization.

This premier exhibition, which showcases leading Chinese and Bangladeshi companies in the trade, ICT, textiles, infrastructure, and investment sectors, was organized by the People's Republic of China Embassy in Bangladesh in partnership with the Chinese Enterprises Association in Bangladesh (CEAB) and the Bangladesh China Chamber of Commerce & Industry (BCCCI).

As the arrangement's exhibitor, Huawei plans to present a wide range of cutting-edge technologies and products covering areas like cloud computing, digital power (solar power inverters), carrier network solutions like 5G and 5.5G, and their potential effects on business and society.

In addition, Huawei will present cutting-edge solutions such as Smart Cities, Smart Ports, Smart Transportation, and Smart Classrooms.

Regarding Huawei’s involvement in this exhibition Jason Li, board member and director public affairs and communications of Huawei South Asia, shared: "As an enabler in Bangladesh’s progress in the ICT ecosystem, Huawei is going to showcase its latest breakthrough solutions in ICT in this exhibition that commits diverse industry collaborations. Our aspiration is to be a trusted partner in realizing the Smart Bangladesh vision. With our services and solutions in telecom network, digital power, cloud, and enterprise arena we are always there to bring digital to every person, home and organization and build a fully connected, intelligent Bangladesh.”

“The Belt and Road Initiative in Bangladesh 2023 exhibition will pave the way for enhanced collaboration between Chinese and Bangladeshi partners and stakeholders, bringing all of us closer to our shared vision of maximizing digitalization," he added.

Two special seminars will be organized at the exhibition to discuss the issues, successes, prospects and aspirations of Chinese investors.
