HSC and equivalent examinations began

Nationwide, the Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) and its equivalent examinations for 2023 start today.

On the first day, beginning at 10 a.m., students will take the Bangla first paper exam.

This year's HSC exams are expected to be taken by 1,359,342 students, including 6,88,887 boys and 6,70,455 girls, an increase of 155,935 over the previous year.

Similar to previous years, students must enter their respective exam rooms 30 minutes prior to the start of the exam.

According to the routine, HSC written exams will continue till September 25 while practical exams will be held from September 26 to October 4.

The HSC examinations will be administered at 2,658 exam centers and 9,169 schools.

11 08 594 students will take the HSC under the nine general education boards, 98 031 students under the Madrasa board, and 1,522 717 students under the Technical Education board.
