Actress Pori Moni to make her Tollywood debut

The list of Bangladeshi artists gracing the screens of Kolkata's film industry, from Nusraat Faria and Apu Biswas to Mahiya Mahi and Bidya Sinha Mim, seems to be ever-growing. The recent movie "Shurongo" starring Afran Nisho has received a lot of praise and attention, which has increased interest in Bangladeshi actors in Tollywood.  

 

Now, it has been speculated that well-known actress Pori Moni may also follow suit and appear in a Tollywood production.

Pori Moni has received attention for her acting prowess as well as for her personal life, which has been marred by scandals.

Pori Moni revealed to Anandabazar Online, "I am working on a film in Kolkata. I don't want to reveal too many details at this moment. Everything will gradually unfold. After my son's birthday, I will be in Kolkata."

The actress's son, Rajya, will be celebrating his first birthday on August 10, and Pori Moni has already begun the countdown for the special day. Amidst the preparations for the celebration, the audience anticipates her appearance in the Kolkata movie.  

The journey for Pori Moni hasn't been without challenges, but with her son's birthday marking a significant milestone, the actress looks forward to her upcoming project in Tollywood. Recently, her husband, Razz, visited Kolkata, and despite the difficulties, he reached out to Pori Moni after losing his phone.
