Taylor Swift’s Eras Tour becomes highest attended concert for a female artist

From Farm Stadium in Glendale, Arizona, Taylor Swift launched her Eras Tour, which has been a huge success for the singer. Taytay is already breaking records on the first day of the show. 

The Back to December singer formally surpasses all other female artists in the United States in terms of concert attendance. The first concert of the Eras Tour was held in Arizona, and more than 69,000 people attended. Swift will perform 52 shows on her Eras Tour, which will take her across all of North America.

Taylor Swift sets new benchmarks
When Madonna performed in 1987 before a crowd of about 63,000 people at Anaheim Stadium in Los Angeles, she held the record for the female artist with the most attended concert in the United States. 

With a crowd of more than 69,000 people in Arizona for the first concert of the Eras Tour, Taylor Swift now breaks this record.
