Ingredients of Mango Coconut Ice Cream
- 500 ml coconut milk
- 2 cup chopped into cubes,frozen mango
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
How to make Mango Coconut Ice Cream
Pour coconut milk in a blender
In a blender, add full-fat canned coconut milk followed by vanilla extract.
Add the rest ingredients
Now, add maple syrup and frozen mango cubes/ chunks. You can adjust the quantity of maple syrup as per your sweet preference.
Blend the ingredients
Blend all the ingredients together until you get a smooth mixture. It should have a thick consistency.
Freeze the mixture
Now, pour the mixture into a container and freeze it for at least 4-5 hours.
