Wait for a ruling in the Gaibandha-5 by-election, advises the CEC

On Wednesday, Chief Election Commissioner (CEC) Kazi Habibul Awal stated that no careless decision will be made regarding the anomalies in the by-election for the Gaibandha-5 constituency that had been suspended.
As they are still assessing the entire scenario, the CEC told reporters in Dhaka that the commission will not make a decision on this.
When asked if there will be a fresh election in Gaibandha, he responded, "I won't speak at this time.
On October 12, the CEC had paused voting in the middle of the by-election due to a significant number of anomalies at 51 centers.
