Six Hizb ut-Tahrir extremists are being sought by police

On Wednesday, the police's Anti Terrorism Unit (ATU) posted images of six wanted "militants" and asked their fellow citizens for help in locating them.

According to Mohammad Aslam Khan, superintendent of police (media and awareness wing) of the ATU, they were the "leaders" of the outlawed terrorist group Hizb ut-Tahrir and were sought after in a case reported to the Gulshan Police Station.

The suspected militants have been identified as Abu Zayid, Shibli Ahmed, Emadul Amin, Md Faisal, Abdur Rahman and Hafiz Al Razi.

The ATU has urged the countrymen to provide information on them through contacting 01320026999 and Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/atubdpolice).
