Indonesia completes G20 summit preparations in Bali

President Joko Widodo of Indonesia said on Tuesday that the nation's preparations for the G20 summit, which will be held on the island of Bali, are complete and that it is prepared to host foreign delegations.

"Since this morning, I have examined even the slightest details (of the venues). I want to say that we have checked everything and are prepared to welcome the G20 visitors "According to the news outlet Antara, he stated.

The infrastructure facilities that will be utilised for the international gathering on November 15–16 were inspected by Widodo on Tuesday. Widido reaffirmed that 17 leaders from other countries have so far responded when asked how many have confirmed their attendance at the meeting.

Dmitry Peskov, the spokesman for the Kremlin, stated on Monday that he would announce whether Russian President Vladimir Putin will travel to Bali to attend the G20 conference later in the week. 17 heads of state and government have so far been confirmed by the Indonesian Foreign Ministry to be there.
