The festival of Eid-ul-Azha, which is marked on Zil Hajj 10, is most likely to fall on July 9 in the Middle East countries, according to Abu Dhabi's Al Sadeem space observatory.

As per astronomical calculations, the Islamic month of Zil Hajj is likely to begin on June 30.

Besides, Muslims perform the annual Hajj pilgrimage during the Islamic month of Zil Hajj.

Eid-ul-Azha is the second largest religious festival for Muslims across the world.

On this day, Muslims slaughter livestock to commemorate Prophet Ibrahim's test of faith.
