538 police stations resume operations till Saturday afternoon

As many as 538 police stations, out of 639, across the country resumed their operations until 3pm on Saturday.
In the metropolitan areas, policing resumed at 84 out of 110 stations, according to the police headquarters.
In districts, 454 police stations, among 529, have so far started their operations, it said.
The suspension of police activities followed significant damage caused during the student-led demonstrations that resulted in the fall of Sheikh Hasina’s government.
