Shooting of Shabnur’s ‘Rongona’ postponed

Shabnur is a popular actor of Dhallywood. The artiste was not seen in Bengali cinema for the last two years. It was heard that he was hoping for a good screenplay. But the wait for the actor is over.

Shabnur is returning with a new movie titled “Rongona”.

The shooting of the film started from last April 14. The remaining part was supposed to be shot from 8 August. Due to the unavoidable circumstances, the actor could not return to the country yet.

So, the filming of “Rongona” has been postponed. However, even if she cannot return to the country, Shabnur said that she is regularly looking for the country.

Talking to a media, the noted actor said, “We are not in a position to shoot now. No one will want to shoot in this situation of the country. I’m always keeping the news of the country. I’m also in touch with colleagues. I will return home when the situation is normal. Then I will reschedule for shooting.”

Arafat Hossain is the director of the film. “Rongona” is a women centric movie. There are    three songs in the film. The songs are written by Kabir Bakul while Imran Mahmudul has lent his voice to the tracks.
