Putin to pay 2-day visit to Uzbekistan from 26-27 May

Russian President Vladimir Putin will start a two-day state visit to Uzbekistan on Sunday (May 26).
Putin and Uzbek President Shavkat Mirziyoyev will discuss the current state and future prospects of strategic bilateral relations and exchange views on a number of regional issues.
A package of documents is expected to be signed during the visit.
The leaders will also take part in the first meeting of the Russian-Uzbek Council of Regions.
