Actress Nipun files writ seeking cancellation of BFAA polls

Actress Nasreen Akhter Nipun on Wednesday filed a writ petition with the High Court seeking cancellation of the recently concluded 2024-26 polls of the Bangladesh Film Artists Association (BFAA) on charges of irregularities and electoral fraud.

She also sought a ban on the newly formed committee led by Misha Sawdagar and Monowar Hossain Dipjol from performing its duties.
