The whole country is now crying for women who have lost their dignity. Now people want to be free from such atrocities. Here, the language of protest against rape also changes. Such a protest titled #FemaleBlackout against the present condition of the country went viral through social media. People chose the mourning symbol ‘black’ to stand next to the abused women.

Many have been protesting against the rape using the black symbol on social media since Monday. Within a day, the symbol of the protest went viral. Many social media users hang the symbol of the protest on their cover or profile picture of Facebook.

The recent barbaric incidents have cast a dark shadow over the normal life and society of the people. Women are now frightened to go outside of their house. Meanwhile, they are not safe in their respective house as well.

In the developed and modern world of the twenty-first century, the darkness of brutality seems to have overcast women. That is why millions of Facebook users in the country covered their profile in black shadow.

In such a situation, experts suggest that girls should be trained in such a way that they can protect themselves.
