Bangladesh manages to score 11 runs more before being bowled out

Bangladesh have lost four wickets within just nine overs in their second innings against Pakistan while following on during their second Test at Mirpur’s Sher-e-Bangla cricket stadium on Wednesday.

Earlier, Bangladesh have bowled out for just 87 runs in reply of Pakistan’s 300 run in their first innings .

Bangladesh started day five as 76 for 7 and managed to score 11 runs only before being bowled out. 

Pakistan off-spinner Sajid Khan picked up eight wickets conceding just 42 runs from 15 overs. Pacer Shaheen Afridi took one wicket while the other out was run out. 

This is the joint lowest total for Bangladesh in Tests in home soil as Bangladesh also bowled out for 87 in 2002 against West Indies.

The lowest total for Bangladesh in their Test history is 43 and that also came against West Indies in away series in 2018.Dhaka Tribune
