Hefazat ameer Junayed Babunagari passes away

Hefazat-e-Islam’s ameer Junayed Babunagari passed away around 12:50 pm at CSCR Hospital while undergoing treatment at a hospital in Chattogram on Thursday afternoon.

He was 66.

Munir Ahmed, the Hefazat spokesperson, confirmed the news.

Babunagari fell seriously sick on Wednesday evening. He was taken to the hospital around 11 am today after his physical condition deteriorated.
