Internet and cable TV service providers have decided to suspend their plans to shut down internet and dish services in the wake of the government's assurances.
Due to the complexity of its removal, the Internet and cable TV service providers announced that they would shut down the Internet for three hours from Sunday.
Sources said that the law minister assured and the LGRD minister on Saturday (October 17), wrote to the two city corporations to stop overhead cable cutting.
Besides, the state minister for information and communication technology has asked for seven days to find a logical solution to the problem of its removal. He said this on Saturday (October 17) evening. He called on internet service providers and cable TV operators not to go on strike.
