Deepika Padukone and Shahrukh Khan starrer Pathaan hit the big screen today but the buzz around the film began way in advance. Deepika's fashion choices have always been spectacular and we'll probably be embarrassing ourselves by providing an introduction. Her sarees, however, deserve a special mention on every possible occasion. Her gorgeous designer drapes have always grabbed our attention in the past and continue to do so.

Every drape of hers is added with her personal, delicate touch making it look even more breathtaking than when the designer drape is hung on the rack. On the release and what seems like a potential blockbuster success of Pathaan, here's giving Deepika Padukone and her glorious sarees a huge shoutout.

Embracing the pearl core trend with open arms, Deepika looked phenomenal dressed in a white statement saree by designer label Abu Jani Sandeep Khosla, for the Cannes Film Festival 2022. Her ruffled saree was complemented by a strapless bustier blouse topped with a statement pearl collar which definitely grabbed the eyeballs of many.

Her Sabyasachi drape from the Cannes Film festival was very unique and equally stunning. The pinstriped drape in rust orange, white and black featured shimmering sequin detailing all over as she made her dramatic entry. Her all-black tube blouse complemented the look perfectly.

At the Time 100 Impact Awards, Deepika looked stunning in an embellished sheer saree from designer Sabyasachi. The golden drape with delicate embroidery and shimmering sequins was teamed by the diva with a strappy blouse in the same color and design.

Deepika Padukone in an Anamika Khanna drape at the Times 100 Gala red carpet, in New York was definitely a sight to behold. The all-gold drape with delicate lacework teamed with the full-sleeved blouse in the same colour palette was indeed a treat to the eyes.

Deepika Padukone's breezy pleated pastel drape from Payal Khandwala is a perfect summer outfit. The drape in pastel shades of yellow, baby pink, and powder blue was vibrant and cheerful. The actress teamed the drape with a sleeveless sunshine yellow blouse.

Deepika was seen wearing a gorgeous creation by Faraz Manan. The muted lace ensemble was majestic in every way. The heavy-work embroidery on the saree and the blouse made the outfit look spectacular from start to finish.

Deepika Padukone took the traditional route, as usual, as she wore a mustard yellow saree from Sabyasachi and paired it with a contrast pastel green blouse. The saree and the blouse had golden work and intricate motifs all throughout. Her accessories and neatly-tied bun were fashionably on point too.
