Industries Adviser Adilur Rahman Khan announces zero tolerance against corruption

Industries Adviser Adilur Rahman Khan has firmly declared a policy of zero tolerance against corruption in the activities of the ministry.

He made these remarks during a meeting with officials of the Ministry of Industries on Saturday afternoon.

A lifelong human rights activist, Adilur Rahman Khan, said that the current interim government took charge through a bloody mass movement, so there is no room for accepting corruption.

He said that the interim government will address the corruption allegations, including those related to the Savar leather industry and other issues within the ministry.

The government will also work with a firm stance on the mandate given by the student and public movement, Adilur added.

He also mentioned that resolving the gas crisis in industrial production is his top priority in the ministry's daily activities, as the gas shortage is disrupting the production of fertilizers and other industries.

He also said that he would be working at the office every day.
